partial success! testParse will parse a file, though not all the hex is correct. primarily this is the case for instructions not yet added however. running from main with cli arguments currently will always result in a seg fault.

succesfully parsing and outputing into converter. two main bugs, the converter adds 1 to the end somehow, and for the addi instruction it's registering that there are multiple free() statements
