added login requirement to view articles to protect against potential data scrapping, with redirect functionality to the article the user attempts to view prior to login.

implemented admin control panel with the ability to delete articles/users in bulk, and open user panels with the standard options to reset passwords, change email/usernames, or delete. additionally, updated SQL schema, created dummy data, and fixed some bugs.

v0.1.0 completed. only the owner can create new articles, users can modify their password, username, email, or delete their account, there's auth and permissions preventing accessing other user's information, and more. onto the road to v0.2.0
